1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by VoIP Matrix ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") at voipmatrix.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

VoIP Matrix provides cloud-based business communication services including but not limited to:

• Cloud PBX phone systems
• SIP trunking services
• Unified communications platform
• Contact center solutions
• Toll-free and virtual number services
• IVR and call routing solutions

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring your contact information remains up to date

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including:

• Spamming, robocalling, or unsolicited bulk communications
• Fraudulent activities or identity misrepresentation
• Harassment, threats, or abusive communications
• Any activity that violates Indian telecommunications laws and DoT regulations
• Reselling our services without prior written authorization
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity of our network or services

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

5. Payment Terms

All fees for our services are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes including GST at 18%. Payment terms include:

• Monthly plans are billed in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle
• Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension after 7 days notice
• Call charges are billed monthly based on actual usage

6. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

VoIP Matrix commits to the following service levels:

• Uptime: 99.9% monthly uptime for Business and Enterprise plans
• Scheduled Maintenance: We will provide at least 48 hours advance notice for planned maintenance
• Support Response: Critical issues will be responded to within 30 minutes for Enterprise clients

SLA credits may be issued for downtime exceeding the committed uptime, as detailed in your service agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, software, and materials provided by VoIP Matrix — including but not limited to our platform, website, documentation, and branding — are the intellectual property of VoIP Matrix and are protected by applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials without express written permission.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of the business relationship. This includes customer data, pricing, technical configurations, and business processes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VoIP Matrix shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions caused by third-party network providers or force majeure events
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to your account

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. VoIP Matrix reserves the right to terminate services immediately in cases of:

• Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy
• Non-payment of dues beyond the grace period
• Fraudulent or illegal activity

Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and data. We recommend exporting your data prior to termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
