By accessing or using VoIP Matrix services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our platform.
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of VoIP Matrix services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
VoIP Matrix provides cloud-based VoIP, Cloud PBX, SIP Trunking, and related communication services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

We target 99.9% uptime for our core services. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. SLA does not cover outages caused by third-party carriers, force majeure, or customer-side issues.
You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws regarding call recording. This includes obtaining required consent from call participants. VoIP Matrix provides the technical capability — legal compliance is your responsibility.
All content, trademarks, and software on the VoIP Matrix platform are our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoIP Matrix shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for material breach, illegal activity, or non-payment.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
